Senior Scholarship Ceremony
The Flagler County Education Foundation sponsors the Senior Scholarship Ceremony each spring and awards our own scholarships to outstanding seniors. This year marks our 24th Annual Senior Scholarship Ceremony for seniors of Matanzas and Flagler Palm Coast High Schools. We have come along way since 1986 when this program first began. In the beginning the program was hosted by the Flagler Palm Coast Kiwanis Club and Flagler County Chamber of Commerce. In 1986 they awarded a little over $7,000 in scholarships. Our Ceremony Title sponsor this year was the Flagler/Palm Coast Kiwanis Club. This year's ceremony took place on May 12th, 2010 at the Flagler Auditorium.
